WHAT IS AMONT IT?

Amont IT is a team of technicians, providing all kinds of IT services to Residences and Businesses. 

We are helping customers Nationwide and all our technicians are background checked for your security.

What are your Service Hours?

We are open Monday to Friday 9AM-7PM CDT and Saturday 9AM-2PM CDT.

But our technicians are available onsite or remotely anytime to serve you. depending on your needs and contracts.

Are you available in my area?

Yes, we have technicians nationwide even if we are based in Chicago, Illinois.

Do you guarantee your services?

Yes, our services are guaranteed for 30 days during which, we’ll do our best to have the same technician or another technician to help with the earlier performed activity.

Can I reschedule or cancel a service?

Yes you can reschedule or cancel a service anytime you want.

But you may be charged a late fee of $30  if the rescheduling occurs less than 3 hours before the appointment or the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the set appointment.

This fee is paid to our technicians to avoid frustration and keep them motivated to serve you.

I CANNOT SEE MY PARTICULAR NEED IN YOUR LIST OF SERVICES. WHAT DO I DO?​

We offer a wide range of IT services. Feel free to contact us for your specific need and we’ll be more than happy to help you through.

How do I pay for the service?

You will receive a bill for the work performed and any material you consent the technicians to supply while onsite.

You don’t pay the technician directly for the service. You don’t have to give them a tip either.

When you receive your bill you’ll have many secured payment options.

Can I arrange more services with my technician?

If you need additional service on an existing order, your technician will let our support team know. If you need a new service, you can book directly online or by phone.

Please don’t book an appointment or make a payment to the technician. We guarantee and insure only the services booked directly at Amont IT. 

Is your company insured?

Yes. Amont IT is a trade name by Amont Marketing and Trading, Inc and we are insured.

How do you charge for the services?

Some of the services are charged a fix rate while others are charged on an hourly rate.

It all depends on the type of services and what you prefer as our valuable customer.

Do you also sell IT equipments?

Yes we do.

Though we are not directly in the IT equipment selling business, we partner with hardware and software manufacturers and distributors to help our customers in purchasing and deploying IT equipment.
